Hello Curious Human! On this Part one of my own Tiny House Build, we will be starting from a rough UBuilt trailer I found for 2000$ cnd nearby. I spent about two weeks to clean, repair, repaint, and weld reinforcements for my floor and walls. Built with double studded walls (!) yes you read that right..! I attempted a couple unusual approaches to have better thermal efficiency, it sure has been challenging to adapt my project half way from beng my day office and studio to my entire house... with now woodstove, toilet and soon, bathtub and shower! (part 3 soon) On this video we will be finishing on the diy install of a Senville 9000 btu mini split, a budget, but very worth it! Tricky install... not for everyone! Overall materials and most appliances came to roughly 17 000$ cnd in 2020.
