Creative visionary
Forever an Artist, I created Decors, Clothing and even a full skatepark by the time I was 10. This drive to design and build never left me and got boosted when I made my first electric guitar completely from scratch at 17 and moved my woodworking to a new level.
This all before I step foot in Canada where I’ve had the opportunity to create a career as Designer from Montreal to Vancoucer.
A year after moving to Canada I launched Gurvan Photographie around Montreal, marking my debut in freelancing, hired as a photo journalist, curator, editor, graphic designer and teacher, I benefited from the pulse of Montreal but also the outstanding businesses and sports centers around.
I began with Nightclubs, Bands Live, Art Event, then Paintball Photography of groups and action for the biggest center in Canada, as well as the official photographer and graphist for Le TAZ Montreal, a legendary skatepark in Quebec, the biggest indoor in Canada.
This alone led me to work with companies like:
Pepsi, DC Shoes and Quicksilver as Commercial Painter and Carpenter,
City of Montreal, le Taz Skatepark as Graphic Designer and Teacher
Shambhala Music Festival as Decor Supervisor
Bloom Nightclub as Finishing Carpenter, Light Designer, Video Mapper/VJ & Sound Engineer
Art Event and Prisme 3 as Decor / Finishing Carpenter
